DCIM-2000 Downhole Chemical Injection Mandrel:

The DCIM-2000 Mandrels are designed to provide a simple double check injection device. This valve uses a light weight spring and ball for both checks. Being a check valve this valve will be affected by well pressures.

Design Specifications:

Connection: 1/4’’ Tubing
Size: O.D. .740” Length 8 1/2”
Crack Pressure: Less than 100 psig
MAOP: 8000 Psig.
Temperature: 450 F.

Materials: Elastomers and Metal determined by Application
Balls: Silicon Nitride
Springs: Inconel
Seats: 1) Nickel Carbide and 1) Metal used in construction of valve.
Nose Connection: Bullet Guide Nose or 1/4’’ NPT

DSIV-4000 Downhole Chemical Injection Check Valve:

The DSIV-4000 valves are designed to provide a cost effective solution for injection valve entry into restricted spaces. While the O.D. of this valve is only .540” it is capable of holding up to 1500 psi. backpressure. This device functions as a high pressure spring loaded check valve, thus greatly reducing the possibility of free flowing chemical into the well and back flowing into the tubing string due to changes in well and tubing conditions or pressures. Being a check valve by design this valve will be affected by well pressures.

Design Specifications:

Connection: 1/4’’ Tubing
Size: O.D. .540” Length 4.9”
Flow Capacity: .5 Gpm. @ 1500 Psig.
Crack Pressure: 1300-1500 Psig Non-settable.
MAOP: 3000 Psig.

Materials: Elastomers and Metal determined by Application

Nose Connection: Bullet Guide Nose

DCIV-7000 Downhole Chemical Injection Valve:
US Patent # 7341108

The DCIV-7000 valves are designed to insure consistent injection of chemicals via a downhole coil tubing string regardless of either back pressure or well pressure. This device greatly reduces the possibility of free flowing chemical into the well and back flowing into the tubing string due to changes in well and tubing conditions or pressures .

Design Specifications:

Connection: 1/4’’ or 3/8” Tubing
Size: O.D. .750” Length 7.5”
Crack Pressure: 500 - 5000 Psig. Adjustable
MAOP: 8000 Psig.
Temperature: 450 F.

Materials: Elastomers and Metal determined by Application

Nose Connection: Bullet Guide Nose or 1/4’’ NPT Waggle/Weight Bar Adapter

DCIV-8000 Downhole Chemical Injection Check Valve:

The DCIV-8000 valves are capable of holding up to 1900 psi. backpressure.

Connection: 1/4’’ or 3/8” Tubing
Size: O.D. .750” Length 9.2”
Crack Pressure: 900-1900 Psig. Semi-adjustable.
MAOP: 8000 Psig.
Temperature: 450 F.

Materials: Elastomers and Metal determined by Application

Nose Connection: Bullet Guide Nose
